Making a Warranty Enquiry

If you believe a product has developed a fault, contact Gritex with your order details, the equipment model or part number, and a description of the problem. Photographs or video can be useful where appropriate.

We will help identify the issue and advise on the next steps in accordance with the applicable manufacturer warranty.
