Returns & Cancellations

If you need to return an item or discuss cancelling an order, please contact Gritex first on 01255 671187. Because our range includes everything from small spare parts to large commercial spreaders, the appropriate return method can vary considerably.

Before Returning Goods

Please contact us before sending anything back. Have your order details, product or part number and the reason for the return available so we can confirm the appropriate next step and return arrangements.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If an item arrives damaged, appears faulty or you believe you have received the wrong item, contact Gritex promptly. Photographs or video may help us assess the issue and resolve it more quickly.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Gritex does not offer a voluntary change-of-mind returns policy. For business purchases, unwanted goods are not accepted for return unless otherwise agreed in writing. This does not affect any rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Consumer Cancellations

If you purchase as a consumer online, by telephone or by mail, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to any applicable legal exceptions. After notifying us of cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Contact Gritex using the details below to notify us and arrange the return.

These statutory cancellation rights are separate from our voluntary returns policy and are not excluded by it.
